Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for opening and closing the Store and supervising Associates.
• Maintain a safe shopping environment by addressing unsafe conditions.
• Ensure customer service excellence and Employee recognition.
• Merchandising responsibilities including recovery, sizing and markdowns.
• Comply with Loss Prevention practices and maintain a large customer service presence.
• Supervise Front End operations and coach Associates.
