Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisor or equivalent role.
• Ability to meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, direct and lead all store operations and training across assigned stores.
• Maintain safety and security standards in all stores.
• Coordinate weekly store visits and audits with Operations leadership.
• Manage staffing, customer service, and in-store efficiency.
• Support cost control, budgeting and profitability efforts.
• Assist with AM training, coaching and development of management staff.
• Lead in-store marketing coordination and community events as needed.
