This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all aspects of the store. No prior management or pizza-making experience? No problem — we will train you. The role requires working 5+ days per week, including most weekends.
You are responsible for everything during your shift — People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. You will lead by example, ensuring safety, training, and a positive culture. Follow all policies and procedures meticulously, and expect the same from your team.
