Jimmy John's is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations for a group of locations. You will lead teams, manage performance, and ensure quality and speed in our service.

You will develop and implement region-wide strategies to hit goals, mentor staff, and uphold our fast, flavorful brand. This role welcomes Go-Getters who thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations or supervisory roles is preferred.
