Job summary

The role includes maintaining the building and equipment, implementing preventive and routine programs, and procuring supplies in a cost-conscious manner. Occasional outdoor work and exposure to varying weather conditions are expected.

Job description

Responsible for maintaining the cost effective, safe, and efficient operation of restaurant equipment through preventive maintenance, routine maintenance, and material purchases and maintaining the building in a manner which promotes a nice appearance and a safe environment.
