Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for the Medtronic Hugo™ Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) System
  • Engage with hospital executives to create business cases that align financial outcomes with clinical benefits
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and develop execution plans
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital leadership
  • Track and report sales performance, refining sales tactics based on data analysis
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in a medical and/or operating room environment, with 3 years in capital complex selling
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned region (50%+)
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to ethical practices
  • Deep technical knowledge of the Hugo™ RAS System
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in the field of surgery, particularly minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery
  • Active network of surgeons and healthcare professionals
  • Experience working in a matrix structure
  • Strong negotiation skills and modern computer literacy
