Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for the Medtronic Hugo™ Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) System
- Engage with hospital executives to create business cases that align financial outcomes with clinical benefits
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and develop execution plans
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital leadership
- Track and report sales performance, refining sales tactics based on data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in a medical and/or operating room environment, with 3 years in capital complex selling
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned region (50%+)
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to ethical practices
- Deep technical knowledge of the Hugo™ RAS System
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in the field of surgery, particularly minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery
- Active network of surgeons and healthcare professionals
- Experience working in a matrix structure
- Strong negotiation skills and modern computer literacy
