Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Area Reservation Coordinator to enhance guest experiences by coordinating reservations, rooming details, and billing requirements. You will liaise with meeting planners, housing bureaus, and the front office to ensure seamless communications and a smooth stay for every guest.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, respond quickly to inquiries, and support departmental initiatives with strong administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Assists guests in book reservations: Coordinate booking details, including rooming lists, suites, event resumes, and billing requirements.
  • Ensure seamless communication: Act as a liaison to verify and relay reservation information between internal and external stakeholders, including meeting planners, housing bureaus, convention teams, and the front office
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, guests, and team members
  • Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
  • Provide administrative support: Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying
