Schedule & Location

• Monday - Friday every week
• 70% travel required (MD and VA)

• Mobile mechanic position covering Maryland and Virginia

Responsibilities

Each day you’ll fix the trucks and equipment that service over 20 million customers across the USA. You’ll use modern tools and procedures to deliver exceptional maintenance on both diesel equipment and, at some locations, on our growing fleet of CNG trucks.

• Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment
• Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts
• Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles – priority of employee and community safety
• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times
• Reviews, completes, or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Over 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical

Physical Demands

Pay

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $30‑$35. This range represents a good‑faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by various factors, including experience, education, training, certification, qualification, and work location.
