The N2 Company invites you to become an Area Director, launching a Stroll publication in your local market where you will build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents, and grow a recurring revenue stream. This hybrid role blends in-person relationship-building with work from your home office.

You’ll follow a proven launch plan, start by establishing your territory and client base, and then grow a business under your name, with national support and training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• US resident.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach the homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories that reflect the heart of each community.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2’s proven tools and processes.
• Partner with N2’s national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication’s growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
