Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Area Product Owner for the Due Diligence Toolkit within the Multi-Asset and Portfolio Solutions team in Wealth Management Investment Solutions. You will own the product vision, migrate to the Product Owner model, and support the due diligence teams in New York or Jersey City.

You will lead cross-functional stakeholders across business, technology, risk, compliance and operations, prioritizing backlogs, defining roadmaps, and driving value through incremental delivery.

Qualifications

• 10 years of senior-level business, program management, or technology platform ownership experience in a complex organization
• Solid understanding of Portfolio Management and or Due Diligence Tools
• Direct asset and wealth management experience, preferably in multi-asset environment with broad experience covering equity, fixed income markets, commodity and currency
• Proven ability to manage a large book of work with budgeting and financial skills, translate complex delivery details for a wide audience
• Deep understanding of agile development practices to juggle priorities in a dynamic cross-functional collaboration
• Write stories for the development team, perform testing, manage implementation
• Understand product priorities and align backlog of work for delivering incremental value
• Communicates with senior leaders and stakeholders, building relationships across the organization
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, client-focused with strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute larger scale projects or business initiatives independently alongside the Product Owner
• Set strategy and drive product-level decisions
• Analyze end-user feedback and opportunities for platform improvements
• Help define product-level Objectives and Key Results with Product Owners; prioritize work and sprint planning
• Set day-to-day priorities for the Product team as SME and collaborate with Technology, Designers and Business Users
