As a Area Prevention Specialist within Gilead's HIV Prevention team, you will serve as a flexible field-based commercial resource, providing coverage and support across multiple geographies within an assigned Area based on business priorities, territory needs, planned and unplanned absences, and evolving market opportunities.
In this role will report into the Executive Regional Director of Sales and work closely with the Regional Director for each assigned geography.
You will represent Gilead's HIV Prevention portfolio to healthcare providers and other key stakeholders, driving business results through strategic account management, strong clinical acumen, and customer-centric engagement. You will develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers, communicate complex scientific information in a clear and compelling manner, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to optimize patient access and customer experience.
Success in this role requires a demonstrated track record of sales achievement, strong business judgment, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively across changing geographies and customer environments.
This position supports the St. Louis, MO territory and requires significant travel across assigned geographies.
The salary range for this position is: $115,260.00 - $149,160.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
