Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for opening and closing the Store and supervising Associates.
• Maintains a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensures proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area.
• Trains and coaches Associates on cash registers and shortage control policies.
• Responsible for payroll administration including daily punch edits and associate scheduling compliance.
• Ensures compliance with safety and security procedures.

Skills
