Job summary

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes seeks a Director to grow the ministry through prayer, staffing, and funding across the Advancement lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. The Director collaborates with the Regional VP, staff and boards to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission, and live FCA Values by implementing a strategic ministry plan for the area.

The role emphasizes spiritual leadership, staff and volunteer development, and disciplined execution of FCA

Qualifications

• Agree with FCA's Christian Community Statement and biblical standards.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Experience in fundraising or donor relations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Develop and execute ministry plans aligned with FCA values.
• Oversee recruiting, training and developing staff.
• Lead donor engagement and fundraising efforts.
• Coordinate with boards to advance the ministry internationally.
