Job summary

GA Region International is seeking a Director of Advancement in Houston to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area. This role leads with biblical principles and aligns with FCA values to implement the ministry plan across multiple lanes.

You will collaborate with the Regional Vice President, staff, and boards to recruit, train, and develop volunteers and staff, and to cultivate donors for sustainable ministry funding in the United States.

Qualifications

• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training and developing diverse staff.
• Fundraising and donor relations to support ministry funding.
• Develop and execute strategic ministry plans in alignment with FCA Values.
• Ensure compliance with FCA policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Build and maintain partnerships with boards and donors.
• Create and manage advancement plans across ministry, board, donor, talent and international.
• Recruit and onboard staff, ensuring funding for roles.
