Join Premium Retail Services as an Area Merchandiser Lead and drive retail success across multiple store locations in Minnesota. This role involves supporting execution and troubleshooting challenges, fostering meaningful relationships with store leadership.

You will lead and train your peers, resolve urgent retail issues, and perform quality audits while ensuring high standards of execution. A strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a high school diploma or GED are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality execution.
• Available to work 32–35 hours per week.
• Experience in mentoring or training team members in retail environments.
• Confident in building relationships and communicating with store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned retail tasks accurately and on time.
• Address and resolve urgent store issues as they arise.
• Conduct store audits to ensure quality and consistency.
• Lead and support complex resets independently or as a team.
