Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking an Area Manager / Vice President, Field Operations to provide executive leadership and accountability for EPC construction projects across development and execution phases. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
• Ability to travel at least two weeks out of the month and as required to support project and business needs.

Position Overview

The Area Manager / Vice President, Field Operations provides executive leadership and performance accountability for a portfolio of EPC construction projects across all phases of development and execution. This role serves as the primary level of off-project leadership, ensuring disciplined execution, safety excellence, and sustained financial performance. The role ensures the execution of all applicable corporate processes, procedures and standards across all active projects and pursuits.

The position acts as a critical link between project teams, business leadership, and executive decision-making, while fostering high-performing teams and developing future leaders.

This position can be located in Aiken, SC, Oak RIdge, TN, Lenexa, KS, or Idaho Falls, ID. Other locations may be considered.
