• Minimum 12 months as a US Store Manager (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience developing high performing teams.
• Ability to analyze reports and guide commercial performance.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills; able to meet strict timescales; English communication required.

Area Managers are accountable for delivering Primark’s proposition - maximizing joy and minimum cost.You will drivesales performance through regular store visits, workingclosely with Store Managers to develop strategic planning, proactivelyidentifycommercial opportunities, and improve our customer experience through customer feedback and transactional information.

WhatYou’llBring

To be successful in this role, you musthavebeen a Store Manager in a US store for a minimum of 12 months.

You will have excellent leadership and people management skills with experience in developing high performing teams and future leaders.

Commercially astute, you must have the ability to analyze reports and guide teams to improve commercial performance.

A true leader, you will be able to engage and influence stakeholders and act as a role model to motivate and inspire a team that exudes confidence and enthusiasm.

As a role model, you havedemonstratedexperience in empowering and enabling a team to deliver excellent customer service and store standards whilemaintainingeffectiveness andfocuson customer needs.

You bring strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to worktoagreed timescales.

Position holder must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently, orally and in writing, with managers, supervisors, and hourly colleagues in English to provide instruction, coaching, corrective action, safetyinstructionsand lead teams as a manager daily and in emergencies.Position holder must also be able to provide amazing customer service in English, which includes being able to orally communicate with customers in English andmonitorthe performance of English-speaking colleagues whose job duties require communication with customers.

Additional Information

The pay range for this role is:$135,200 - $171,000

Travel: Will require travel extensively in US and or other countries when requested by the role. Approximately 30-40% travel depending on the time of the year. Primary travel will be within the region in-scope and to the US Headquarters in Boston. International travel is very limited.
