Nextgen Hospitality Solutions in Denver is seeking an Area Manager Partner to lead high-volume fast casual restaurants. You will coach general managers, protect the guest experience, and own results through strong P&L, cost control, and people leadership.

The role offers a salary of $100,000 to $110,000 per year plus bonus potential, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) and paid time off, with real room to grow within a high-volume concept.

Qualificações

• Experience managing multiple high-volume locations.
• Strong grasp of P&L and cost controls.
• Proven ability to train and develop restaurant leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Coach general managers to run busy shifts smoothly.
• Maintain consistent food quality and guest service across locations.
• Manage labor, food costs, and sales to hit targets.
• Hire, train, and develop restaurant leaders.
• Visit restaurants regularly to uphold standards and address issues promptly.
