Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple MA locations including Lowell, Lawrence and Haverhill. You will lead shuttle fleet, self-parking and valet operations, while mentoring frontline teams and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of leadership in hospitality or parking, strong financial and operational acumen, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries.
• Strong operational and financial acumen; coach leaders in these areas.
• Excellent communication skills to develop client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary leadership and development to your teams.
• Provide support and guidance to supervisors and managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational needs.
• Develop and maintain lasting, mutually productive client relations and attend client meetings.
• Review management reports and client statements on a consolidated basis to ensure actual financial results meet budgeted expectations.
• Review performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs and work with senior managers to maximize performance.
• Work with regional teams and corporate to prepare annual budgets for revenue, staffing, and operating expenses.
• Perform other tasks as developed and assigned by company management.

Area Manager

Salary Range: $75,000 Annually, Commensurate with Experience

Plus up to 15% Incentive Bonus Potential + Phone & Gas Allowance

Work Modality: In-Person

Schedule: Full-time

Location: Lowell (50%), Lawrence (45%), & Haverhill (5%) in MA

Ideal Experience

• This position is responsible for multiple locations accross their assigned portfolio with oversight for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing your designated area's teams. The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top assett.
• Progressive management experience with multi-teams front-line employee oversight
• Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.

• Your education includes a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience
• You know your way around a computer and will have no problems with revenue control equipment, payroll systems, or the Microsoft Office suite.

As Area Manager , You Will
