• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and perform related physical tasks.
• Stand or walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in varying noise levels and temperatures.
• Climb and descend stairs where required.
