Blue Streak is seeking a results-driven Area Manager to oversee construction projects and lead high-performing field teams. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met across multiple sites.

This role requires proactive leadership, clear communication, and hands-on oversight of resources, risk mitigation, and KPI tracking to deliver measurable results for complex builds. On-site only in Kansas and dependent on project needs.
