The Hospital Area Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across five hospital locations while being primarily stationed at one designated home hospital. This role works closely with Hospital Managers, Veterinarians, and the Regional Manager to develop high-performing teams, drive revenue growth, manage costs, and ensure operational excellence. The Area Manager fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-quality patient care while ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals across all assigned hospitals

Pay Range
$90,000—$115,000 USD
