Job summary

Walmart in Pilesgrove, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department, ensure equipment reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance, and drive cost-effective facility performance.

The role requires supervisory maintenance experience and a relevant degree or certification, with the ability to develop teams, manage staffing and workloads, and uphold Walmart values.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field with 1 year supervisory maintenance experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in Business/Industrial field; OR 2 years supervisory experience in maintenance environment.
• 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months leading a work or project team.
• 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial related environment; managing workload and participating in hiring/promotions.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance department operations and ensure equipment reliability across warehouse facilities.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates and leaders; assign duties and coordinate workloads.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, NFPA, etc.) and document procedures.
• Monitor expenses, budget adherence, and asset utilization; review and analyze reports.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
