Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Area Manager for our Johns Island Maintenance branch. You will oversee operational and financial performance of landscape maintenance teams, lead crews, manage client relationships, and drive service quality and safety.

The ideal candidate brings experience in workforce management, budgeting, and forecasting, with a focus on sustainable landscape practices and growth opportunities for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
• Knowledge of operating equipment and preventative maintenance.
• Strong oral, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead and build an effective team
• Manage portfolio with P&L for targeted gross profit
• Identify opportunities for landscape improvements and enhancement sales
• Understand customer needs with sustainable landscape planning
• Drive quality and efficiency within operations teams
• Manage crews within budgeted hours
• Proficient in job costing, budget management and forecasting
• Estimate maintenance job costs for bid proposals
• Maintain high level of customer service and relationships
• Manage production schedule for assigned crews
• Provide safe work environment and align with safety policies
