Ideal candidates have 5+ years in inventory or warehouse settings, strong leadership, and availability for flexible hours. This is a full-time salaried position with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent of experience and education.
• Minimum 5 years in an inventory, retail or warehouse role.
• Strong people and team leadership with proven hiring and coaching ability.
• Experience managing payroll, expenses and productivity to drive results.
• Ability to work varied hours including early mornings or late nights.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
• MVR check and QVD eligibility where driving is required; valid driver’s license needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and lead a team of inventory professionals during events.
• Drive customer service through productivity, accuracy and professionalism.
