Job summary

Amazon in Johnston, RI is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly employees, driving safety, quality, attendance, and performance on shift.

You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to meet business objectives and ensure on-time customer delivery. The role requires lifting up to 49 pounds and standing up to 12 hours; flexibility for weekends and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Responsibilities
