Job summary

Stord is hiring an Area Manager II for ICQA at the Atlanta, GA facility. You will oversee cycle counts, inventories, audits, and investigations, leading ICQA associates to maintain accuracy and drive improvements in a high-volume DC environment.

Candidates need 2-4 years of experience with warehouse management systems, leadership experience, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work overtime are required to excel in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ICQA activities (cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects) for the site.
• Ensure SOPs, KPI tracking, and corrective action processes are consistently applied.
• Review daily/weekly data to identify trends, high-risk areas, and performance drift to inform workload planning.
• Directly manage ICQA Leads and Associates and foster a culture of accuracy and accountability.
• Support root-cause analysis and CAPA implementation to address errors and control gaps.
