Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking professionals to join a nationwide leader in home-based care. You will represent the branch with physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities to promote Medicare services and coordinate care.

Responsibilities include implementing care programs, improving services, and educating the public about home health and hospice options. A college degree or equivalent experience, plus healthcare literacy, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree or equivalent experience; or be a licensed professional.
• At least one year of experience in the business community or professional practice.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Represent the branch in activities with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities and health groups to apprise them of Medicare services.
• Implement programs and protocols to provide improved home health care and hospice services.
• Serve as a public awareness representative and responsible for public education related to home health care and hospice services.

Responsibilities

Represent the branch in activities involving professional contacts with physicians, hospitals, facilities, senior living communities, professional associations, and similar health groups and institutions, to apprise them of the availability of Medicare services. Implement program and protocols to provide improved home health care and hospice services. Serve as a public awareness representative, and responsible for public education relative to home health care and hospice services.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree or equivalent experience; or be a licensed professional.
• At least one year experience in the business community or in professional practice is required.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education And Experience, Preferred

• Previous home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
