Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated professional to support our mission of delivering high-quality home health and hospice services. As a member of the branch team, you will liaise with physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities to promote Medicare services and coordinate care.

You will implement program protocols to improve patient outcomes and serve as a resource for education about home health care.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree or equivalent experience or be a licensed professional.
• One year of experience in business or professional practice.
• Basic technology skills including use of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Represent the branch in dealings with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities and professional groups to inform them about Medicare services.
• Implement programs and protocols to improve home health care and hospice services.
• Serve as a public education resource on home health care and hospice services.

Responsibilities

Represent the branch in activities involving professional contacts with physicians, hospitals, facilities, senior living communities, professional associations, and similar health groups and institutions, to apprise them of the availability of Medicare services. Implement program and protocols to provide improved home health care and hospice services. Serve as a public awareness representative, and responsible for public education relative to home health care and hospice services.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree or equivalent experience; or be a licensed professional.
• At least one year experience in the business community or in professional practice is required.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education and Experience, Preferred

• Previous home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
