Job summary

- 2 years supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
- Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures and monitoring compliance.
- Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns and determine corrective action or recommendations.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, providing feedback and coaching.
- Respect the individual, build high-performing teams, and foster belonging and inclusion.
- Act with integrity and promote Walmart values, ensuring accountability and positive impact.
- Serve customers and members and apply EDLP/EDLC principles in plans and decisions.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) - Stock

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years' supervisory experience. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
