Job summary

Talus Holdings LLC. seeks a day-to-day supervisor to oversee cleaning crews at multiple worksites. You will coordinate tasks, schedule 6–10 teams, and ensure quality work while maintaining OSHA standards. A bilingual English/Spanish candidate with a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring staff, disciplining employees, and reporting to the division manager. Expect hands-on work when needed and occasional after-hours scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive nightly to job sites.
• Supervise an area with 6 to 10 teams (1–4 people per team).
• Able to work roughly 4pm–midnight; shifts may vary.
• Involves interviewing, hiring and paperwork for new/terminated staff.
• Identify local recruitment sources and build relationships.
• Discipline employees through progressive notices and meetings.
• Inspect client sites for OSHA compliance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for any supervisor when out, including hands-on cleanup.
• Direct daily work, assign locations, and ensure staffing levels.
• Train new supervisors and staff on cleaning standards and color system.
• Monitor equipment, fuel budgets, and supply levels.
• Resolve issues on site and communicate with clients promptly.
• Maintain documentation: time sheets, daily summaries, and reports.
