About The Role

We seek an Area Manager to bring Amazon’s customer obsession to life. In this role, you’ll oversee operations across multiple locations, leading shift leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll cultivate a dynamic team culture rooted in customer obsession, trust, respect, continuous learning, and enthusiasm.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing leadership roles
• Experience in problem solving and delivering results
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision
• 2+ years leadership experience in a customer-facing retail, hospitality, or grocery environment, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutions
• 2+ years of people management leading teams of 20 experience
• Demonstrated ability to attract, hire, and develop high-performing teams.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
