The Role

We are seeking an inspiring Area Manager Chicago reporting into the Regional VP to oversee two of our boutiques and lead a talented team of approximately 10 people. You will take full ownership of team leadership, client experience, and sales performance across your stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire store teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the values and heritage of the house with passion and authenticity.
  • Coach and develop a team of approximately 10 people, fostering individual growth and collective excellence.
  • Drive performance and operational excellence across two Chicago stores.
  • Cultivate a culture of clienteling and emotional connection with our customers.
  • Partner with the Regional VP and HQ to implement strategies, share insights, and contribute to the brand’s continued success.
