Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team across the Denver Metro Area, directing before- and after-school programs at multiple school sites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Education, Business Management or related field preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Meet the CO Site Director qualifications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet staffing needs.
• Familiarity with CO Licensing and CCAP.
• Must successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across multiple school-based sites.
• Ensure engaging programs supporting children's development across sites.
• Collaborate with peers and Regional Leadership Team to share program information with staff, students, parents, and school administrators.
• Respond to and resolve concerns from stakeholders.
• Hire and develop exceptional, diverse, high-performing team members including Site Directors and Group Leaders.
• Evaluate program safety and performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Build sustainable community partnerships with local leaders and organizations.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and pursue new growth opportunities.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment fostering staff, child, parent, and school relationships.

AlphaBEST: After school is where adventure begins! Our mission is to engage children's minds and expand their horizons in safe and discovery-filled environments.

We are looking for proven leaders in the before and after school space to join our team and create an exciting learning environment for our students and team members. You and your team will lead students through exciting adventures each day at multiple school-based sites.

Pay & Benefits:

• The yearly salary range is $58,000 - $60,000 (depending on education and experience)

As an AlphaBEST Area Manager, you'll be trained, mentored, and have the chance to do the following:

Here's what you'll need:

• A BA or BS in Education, Business Management or a related field preferred. Master's degree or higher is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old
