Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Area Manager to lead and coach teaching staff across our centers. You will ensure quality and consistency in the center experience to support customer acquisition and retention.

You will recruit, develop, and engage a high-performing team, while collaborating with district leaders and licensing authorities to meet regulatory standards. This is a customer-focused, multi-site leadership role driving business success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and lead multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Physically able to use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors as needed


• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred


• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred
