Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in Akron, OH, is seeking an Area Manager (2nd Shift) to lead 25–30 production associates in a unionized manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality tire production.

You will partner with Quality, Engineering and Operations to meet production targets, promote safety, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to standard work and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
