Pike Electric, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to lead foundation construction for utility power infrastructure. You will oversee drilling, excavation, rebar installation, and concrete placement while ensuring safety and adherence to specifications.
Responsibilities include coordinating field crews, managing resources, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Reporting to the Operations VP, you will drive quality and project success across sites.
The Area Manager oversees all aspects of foundation construction for utility power infrastructure, including transmission towers, poles, and substations. This role is responsible for ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with engineering specifications, project requirements, and company standards. The Area Manager leads field crews, manages resources, and coordinates with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality foundation installations on time and within budget. You will report to the Operations Vice President.

While performing the responsibilities of this job, you will be required to talk, listen, and use hand signals to communicate. The job frequently requires you to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle objects, operate tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.
While performing the responsibilities of this job, you are frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. You are occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. You will perform job responsibilities in extreme heat, cold, wet, windy, and storm conditions.
