CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking an Area Maintenance Technician to support Stuart, Port St. Lucie, and Palm Beach Gardens Crunch Fitness clubs. You’ll ensure equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently through preventative maintenance and timely repairs.

Travel between locations is required. The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work, strong attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset to keep our members safe and satisfied.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own a personal set of tools.
• Willing to travel between locations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous maintenance, mechanical or repair experience.
• Willing to be trained on fitness equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair gym and exercise equipment.
• Perform facility inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Travel between multiple club locations within the assigned market.
• Maintain professional interactions with members and team members.
• Document maintenance issues using the CMMS or similar system.
• Complete repairs efficiently and follow up on outstanding work orders.

Position Overview

The Area Maintenance Technician supports multiple club locations by ensuring all equipment and facilities are operating safely and efficiently. This role plays a critical part in delivering a positive member experience through preventative maintenance, repairs, and quick response to facility needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair gym and exercise equipment
• Perform facility inspections and execute preventative maintenance programs
• Identify and address potential safety hazards
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Communicate and document maintenance issues using our computerized management system
• Complete repairs efficiently and follow up on outstanding work orders
• Travel between multiple club locations within the assigned market
• Maintain professional interactions with members and team members
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Provide excellent customer service
• Be proactive, dependable, and willing to go above and beyond
