Amazon Beaumont is hiring an Area Maintenance Manager to lead a team of service technicians and automation engineers, ensuring safety and efficiency across site maintenance operations. You will design preventive maintenance programs, coordinate external contractors, and analyze MHE performance with cross‑functional partners.

The role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, CMMS, and leadership, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME experience.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office applications experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians and automation engineers, fostering growth and performance.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities.
• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs to boost efficiency.

About the Role

As an Area Maintenance Manager, you will transform workplace environments by leading a dynamic maintenance team that ensures safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. You will blend strategic planning, hands‑on problem-solving, and team leadership. Key job responsibilities

• You will provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers, fostering professional growth and performance

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience
• 2+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience working with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integrators
• Experience maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems
• Experience in project management
• Experience with statistical analysis
