The Area LOB Manager will have market-wide responsibility for all aspects of a BFS Line of Business. Lines of business include truss, millwork, cabinets, installed windows, and Ready-Frame. Manages all aspects of assigned LOB in single large facility or multiple locations in a market to achieve maximum sales and profits with available resources by performing the following duties
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and four years related managerial experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have prior experience in building materials industry.
