7-Eleven is seeking an Area Leader Trainee in Columbus, OH to lead multi-unit operations, drive sales, and manage district performance. The role involves staffing, training, merchandising, and financial oversight to deliver strong customer service and profitable results.

Qualified candidates have a 4-year degree or 5+ years of district/retail management experience, plus a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees.
• A valid Driver's License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment.
• Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, stand for long periods, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders.
• Implementing merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory, motivating and teambuilding, and promoting excellent customer service.
• Focus on profit and loss management including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses.
