Job summary

Hose Master LLC, a family-owned manufacturer based in Cleveland with facilities nationwide, is seeking an Area Leader to drive daily production through safe, efficient workflow. You will own work order flow, enforce 5S and quality checks, and lead a hands-on team across shift operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, leadership experience, and ability to read and interpret measurement tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Good basic math and mechanical skills.
• Must be able to read a tape measure, dial calipers and micrometer.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of work order progress, ensuring jobs flow efficiently through the department and meet delivery targets.
• Drive a results-oriented culture, setting the pace and expectations for daily execution and throughput.
• Lead by example in upholding all Safety requirements and company guidelines.
• Proactively identify, elevate, and resolve issues that impact delivery, quality, or safety.
• Reinforce a culture of ownership, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain Hose Master standards for housekeeping and 5S; own the condition and organization of the area.
