Summary

Manages human resources (HR) for an Area. Implements and audits compliance with company and Region HR policies. Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a base salary of $90K to $100K in addition to a full benefit package that includes:

• $840 monthly vehicle allowance-in addition to the base salary

Position Qualifications

• Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.

• Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree and two or more years progressively responsible human resources experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
