Job summary

Analogic is seeking an Area Manager Field Service to lead a regional Field Service organization for aviation security customers in the United States. You will develop, manage, and coordinate service activities to achieve customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth while building high-performing teams.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring travel across the region and a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in people leadership, service management or operations.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing service teams.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/Field Service Management systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the region, including potential overnights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop area supervisors and field staff within the region.
• Manage day-to-day field service operations and optimize coverage.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop regional service strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company policies.
