The Director at FCA in the Twin Cities area leads ministry growth across multiple lanes by prayer, staffing, and funding. The role collaborates with the Regional VP, staff and boards to fulfill FCA vision, mission and values and to disciple staff, volunteers and athletes within the Sports Environments.
The ideal candidate has ministry experience, prior team leadership, and will oversee a five-person staff, a 1-year intern, and a part-time admin.
The Director is responsible for growing the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. The Director works in alignment with the Regional Vice President, staff, and board(s) to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission, and live the FCA Values by developing and executing a ministry plan for the assigned area. In the FCA Sports Environment(s), the Director creates a strategic, consistent approach to discipleship -- making disciples who make disciples. The Director is accountable for ensuring that the FCA ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adhering to FCA policies and procedures.

The Twin Cities Collegiate area consists of 14 college campuses. There are six engaged campuses with 51 mobilized volunteers.
The Twin Cities Collegiate area is a nationally recognized Kingdom-minded partnership with Athletes in Action. It has a strong presence at six colleges, a small presence at three colleges, and five colleges that have yet to be engaged.
The ideal candidate is someone with ministry experience, preferably someone with a FCA background. Also, someone who has led a team previously. This position will currently support five staff members that have a strong understanding of the ministry, a 1-year intern, and a part-time administrative assistant. This position is part of a strategic partnership with Athletes in Action (AIA), working closely with members of AIA staff, under the collective brand, The Currynt.
