The N2 Company is seeking an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You’ll build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents and their stories, and grow a recurring revenue stream while following a proven launch plan.

This hybrid role blends in-person relationship building with a home-office setup, giving you control over your schedule and income as you build a business with your name on it.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and US residency.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods served.

• Partner with N2's national team for design, training and ongoing support.
