BrightPath Kids in Rockaway, NJ is seeking an Area Director to lead several child care centers and support Center Directors in delivering BrightPath standards. You will recruit and develop staff, ensure compliance with state licensing, safety policies, and NAEYC accreditation readiness, and partner with families to create a home away from home for children.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required.
• 5+ years of childcare or teaching experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to supervise others.
• Must be able to function independently within the Microsoft Office suite of products.
