Dungarvin in Indiana seeks an Area Director - DD/IDD Services to lead all programs in the assigned region. TheArea Director - DD/IDD Servicesoversees all programs and services in the assigned geographic region. You’ll provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services for individuals with disabilities while expanding and developing new business opportunities. This role includes budget management, staffing, licensing, policy development, marketing, and proposal preparation. You’ll work closely with program directors, support staff, and the state management team to drive excellence and ensure compliance across the organization.
