Flynn Group is seeking an Area Director to oversee our restaurant management teams and develop top talent across the portfolio. You will ensure effective communication between restaurants and the support center, and drive daily sales, marketing initiatives, and operations excellence.

In this role you’ll optimize cost of goods sold, labor, and guest relations while fostering a high-performance, motivated crew.
