Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Regional Leader to drive sales and operational excellence across multiple clubs. You will coach staff, implement growth plans, and build community relationships while embedding audit-driven processes.

The role requires 5+ years leading multi-unit teams in fitness, hospitality, or retail, with mastery of membership sales and CRM. Willingness to travel up to 90% is essential to lift club performance across locations.
